We strictly abide the fixed fee table listed on https://www.paypal.com/in/webapps/mpp/merchant-fees and as a client you also have to abide by it. So Tax Rate = 4.40% + Fixed Fee (Varies from Region to Region).
Can I pay through Cryptocurrency ? :-
Yes you can but try to stick to the payment modes listed above if possible.
Can I send Gift Cards, Discord Nitro or any such subscription instead of money ? :-
No. Abide by the payment modes. Offering such subscriptions may lead to serious action.
